MR. ANIL KUMAR KHAITAN
aged around 62 years, is an MBA from IMI, Geneva in the year 1981 and has more than forty one years of diversified business experience relating to Jute Industry, Paper Industry, Pharmaceutical Industry, Copper & Steel Industry etc.
He is President, PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He is Chairman and Managing Director on the Board of Sunil Healthcare Limited, Director on the Board of Nada Vibronics Private Limited.
Dr.Navrang Saini
was Chairperson (additional charge) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy
Board of India from forenoon of 13th October, 2021 to forenoon of 09th February, 2022.
He took charge as Whole Time Member, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India on 31st
March, 2017 and served on the Board till 5th March, 2022.
He has post-graduation degrees in Management and Law along with a PhD in Corporate Law and professional qualification as a Company Secretary.
Dr. Navrang Saini has served the Ministry of Corporate Affairs in various capacities. His last assignment before joining IBBI was as Director General (in the rank of Additional Secretary) at the Ministry. He also served as a Commissioned Officer in Territorial Army from July, 1985 to March, 2011 and superannuated as Lt. Colonel.
During his tenure as Registrar of Companies, Delhi and Haryana, Dr. Navrang Saini implemented the first mission mode e-governance project of the country 'MCA-21' as a major pilot project.
Dr. Navrang Saini was a member of the Appellate Authority established by the Central Government in accordance with the powers conferred under section 22A of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949, the Cost and Works Accountants Act, 1959 and the Company Secretaries Act, 1980 from 3rd November, 2015 to 2nd November, 2018.
He is a keen mountaineer, trekker and sky-diver.
During his tenure at IBBI he looked after the Registration & Monitoring Wing comprising of Insolvency Professionals, Insolvency Professional Entities, Information Utilities, Insolvency Professional Agencies, Registered Valuers, Registered Valuers Organisations, Inspection, Investigation, Surveillance and Grievance Redressal. In addition, he was in-charge of the Legal Affairs Division and Establishment Division in the IBBI.
A man of stupendous vision, professional vigour, colossal discipline and having versatile experience, CS (Dr.) Shyam Agrawal has plenty of achievements to his credit. Having held the posts of President and Vice-President of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) at quite a young age, he was also elected as the International Secretary of the prestigious Corporate Secretaries International Association (CSIA) having its registered office at Hong Kong.
It is during his tenure as President, ICSI that the Institute not only marked its entry into the Guinness World Records but also received the honour of having the benign presence of Shri Narendra Modi, Hon’ble Prime Minister of India at the inaugural session of its Golden Jubilee Year.
His knowledge in various arenas is a result of his extensive educational qualifications including a doctorate in law on the topic ‘Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises: An Analytical Study of Law, Practice and Procedures’ while being a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India as well as of his vast experience from holding variety of significant positions and designations in a host of social, economic and business forums of local, national and international repute.
Considering his experience and knowledge foundation, he has been presently designated as Member, Appellate Authority for the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, New Delhi by Government of India ;Member, Quality Review Board, The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi by Government of India, Independent Director, ICMAI Registered Valuers Organisation, New Delhi , Member, ASSOCHAM National Council of Corporate Affairs, Company Law, Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility and many more including the position of Independent Director on the Boards of a number of listed and unlisted companies as well as Member on the Advisory Boards of various Educational Institutions.
Apart from these, he has made his presence felt across various government and non-government associations and organizations of national and international repute such as Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI), ASSOCHAM, PHD Chambers of Commerce and Industry, National Foundation for Corporate Governance (NFCG), INSOL International, INSOL India, Indian Bank Association, Institute of Directors, Sri Aurobindo Foundation for Integral Management (SAFIM), etc.
Having travelled extensively across various countries and participated as Panellist and Speaker in various International Seminars and Conferences, he has also been honoured by various Social Organisations, Chambers and other Institutions for his distinguished contributions in the development of Society, Profession, Youth, Industry, etc.

is a meritorious Mechanical Engineer (alumni of MNIT 1984 batch) with higher management qualification and has more than 32 years of industries/corporate working experience in various discipline and board level positions.
He is well versed with Indian and International business environment and has substantial experience in dealing with Governments / international institutions and industrial associations.
He is Managing Director of Kamtech Associates Pvt. Ltd., one of the leading technological consulting and advisory company having strategic alliances with world renowned companies and also . He is also Director on the Board of Tatar Goods Pvt. Ltd., kamtech KPO Park Limited and Greentech Mega Food Park Ltd.
